If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact details you provide, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry. We will not share this data without your consent. This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
Special categories of personal data
As a medical practice, we may process health data, which is classified as a special category of personal data under Art. 9 para. 1 GDPR. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 9 para. 2 lit. h GDPR for purposes of health care and medical treatment. Please do not submit health data via the contact form – please discuss medical matters in person or by phone.
4. SSL/TLS encryption
This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons. An encrypted connection is indicated by the browser address bar changing from 'http://' to 'https://' and by the lock icon in your browser bar.
5. Hosting
This website is hosted externally. The personal data collected on this website is stored on the servers of the host.
6. OpenStreetMap
We use the mapping service of OpenStreetMap (OSM). When the map function is called, data is transmitted to the OpenStreetMap servers. The map is only loaded after explicit consent (two-click solution).
7. Cookies
This website only uses technically necessary cookies required for the operation of the site. No tracking or analytics cookies are used. You can accept or decline cookies via a banner on your first visit.
7a. Audience measurement
To improve our content, we record in fully aggregated form which pages of our website are visited and how often. Only the page name, the selected language and the month are stored. No IP address, browser identifier, cookie or other feature that could identify an individual visit or person is processed. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a data-minimising reach measurement pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
8. Data retention
Data submitted via the contact form will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods under medical professional law (10 years) – remain unaffected.
9. Your rights
You have the right to receive information free of charge at any time about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request the correction, blocking or deletion of this data.
10. Right to lodge a complaint
